　　1、为什么部分新注册的免费会员无法发布产品和offers?
 
　　TradeKey目前有160多万用户，并以每月10万的数量增加，为了保护收费会员的利益，TradeKey限制了部分免费会员的使用功能，约有30%新注册的会员无法发布产品和供应信息。
PS:现在如果你通过www.tradekeychina.com/906296注册会员均可以发布5个产品，20个offer,如果不行，请告诉我们你的id号，我们手工帮你开通权限。

　　2、为什么免费会员不能更新产品，但是可以发布offer?
 
　　众所周知，TradeKey的搜索引擎优化技术在B2B平台中是超前的，TradeKey很大一部分是通过搜索引擎优化给客户带来效果，而在搜索引擎优化中，尤其是Google，从Google抓取资料和优化排名都需要一定的时间，而且一旦你的资料有所更改，Google对你的资料抓取受阻，进而排名丢失，这样你会失去很多的效果。

　　3、为什么免费会员产品删除后，就不能添加新产品了?
 
　　免费会员一共可以发布5张产品图片，如果删除2张，再添加新的图片就不行了，删一张少一张，其实原因同上。

　　英文FAQ：Free members are allowed to post 5 products and 20 Sell Offers. But they do not get privileges like our premium members. For example, if a free member posts all 5 products then deletes 2 of them he would be left with 3 products. The deleted 2 products cannot be posted again as they were posted before. Same goes for the Sell Offers section. Even if free members deletes their products and sell offers, the count doesn&rsquot; decrease

　　4、免费会员能查看buyer offer吗？
 
　　买家没有设定只能是收费会员查看的buyer offer，免费会员是可以查看，但是大部分买家做了这项设定，当然，买家更愿意与有信任指数的收费会员联系，更诚信！

　　5、TradeKey排名规则（怎样在TradeKey获得更好的排名）
 
　　The ranking rule are different for every page on our website. The external landing pages rank the members with low inquiries on the top so that they can get business results. On the Sell Offers pages, GoldKey members appear on top which have low inquiries and their Sell Offers are updated (i.e with recent date). In the Products pages, the products that are posted latest appear on the top.

　　However, these keep changing to improve the business results for other members as well. The important thing for GoldKey members is to appear in as most pages as possible. This is because the more exposure they have the more chances they have to get an order. This is the reason GoldKey members get more inquiries than a SilverKey member.
